How many getaways/vacations do you have planned?

Leaving Wednesday for a 3 day trip to NYC, going to see Billy Joel, FINALLY! Original date was in May 2020. Then, DH and I are going to Europe for 10 days in Sept., flying into Frankfurt and out of Amsterdam. Have a one day trip to Disneyland Paris in there! Might do a weekend trip to Niagara on the Lake in Oct., we love it there and haven't been since 2019, it's a 4.5 hour drive for us.

2023, nothing concrete but we have some ideas, possibly an Alaskan cruise. DH gets anxious when I plan too many things before we've even taken the vacations this year. I on the other hand, do not have that problem!

Currently in my camper at a lake in Pennsylvania.

Two weeks in the Outer Banks in June. The campground fills early and we like certain sites, so we rebook for the following year while we’re there.

A long weekend camping at Knoebels next July (again reserved early for preferred sites…)

I’m playing with dates/flights for a WDW/USF trip in February, nothing booked yet.

We will go somewhere over Easter in our camper, no concrete plans yet.

School is starting this week so most of our travel is now done for the year. We have a 6 day Disney trip for Wine & Dine weekend and as long as my qualifying time gets me accept at Boston that will be our spring trip. Next year I have a very big project at work which comes with a 6 month PTO blackout period so it will be short weekend trips close to home from late April through November but if all goes well we will do a long Christmas trip to celebrate that being over. We aren't sure where yet but are leaning towards Disneyland and southern California now.

I also have a week in San Diego for a work conference but it won't be much of a vacation as it is preparation for that big project.

Two trips planned to see the kids/grand, probably will do at least two more
Long weekend in Michigan
Week plus in Paris 🤞
Long weekend in GA mountains
Few days at WDW
Few weeks in second home in Florida
Week in St. Petersburg, FL
A few more days at WDW
Week at John’s Island—sometime next spring

Except for visiting the kids and WDW this will be the first traveling we’ve done since Covid hit in ‘20. I better start packing!

We're going to Belgium in October, but haven't booked anything yet. We need my mom to give us a definite answer on whether she can go or not.

Tentatively planning a week or two in Spain in the spring (late April/early May).

Right now we have three cruises lined up over the next year.

We live on a lake so in the good weather we'll do long weekends at home.

Kids are in school, summer is over.

Nothing this year as I had college expenses. We just moved in the youngest on Saturday. Now the money moves to paying some medical bills for my oldest.

Booked or in the planning stages:
Nov - Business trip to Orlando, DH and I are going to a conference and adding on a few days at the end to do WDW, my sister is flying down to join us!
Dec - Cruise out of New Orleans using credits from cancelled March 2020 cruise. Going to pull DS out of school a couple of days early to do a few days in New Orleans.
June/23 - WDW trip to celebrate DS's high school grad/18th birthday. My sister is going to join us for part of this trip.

Other that a bunch of business trips for DH (4 so far between Aug-Dec/22) that is all we have planned right now!

Just got back recently from our biggest trip for this year, and with school getting ready to start, we won't have anything major until some travel over winter break. We have plans to go to Greece next summer and have started to book things for that. Not sure if we'll do a spring break trip or not. I would really like to do a spring break cruise, but not sure we are ready to jump back into cruises just yet. There has just been so much covid we've heard of this summer, and especially from cruises it sounds like. Hard to tell what the situation might be like 8 months from now. We may take some quick weekend trips over the next few months, but nothing is planned out or booked.

We try to do one night away every other month, plus being DVC helps to plan in advance (most stays are 1 or 2 nights only)
Sept-WDW
October-HHI
Dec-HHI
Jan-WDW
March-HHI
May-HHI
July-HHI

I have a Dream Thanksgiving 5-night CC double dip cruise booked, which is also over my birthday, and I'll be confirmed into Catholicism the same day that I leave for the trip, so there will be a lot to celebrate.

For next year I have a Merrytime Fantasy cruise booked for the week before Christmas. It will be my first chance to visit Grand Cayman, so that should be nice. I'd also like to take a getaway 3-night cruise on the Magic over Labor Day weekend next year, but I haven't booked that one yet as I'm still on the fence about the cost and work demands.

Just had an awesome summer. Spent three weeks in Thailand in JUne, and just returned from one week in Croatia for a wedding. Departing Sept. 17 for one week in England.

Long weekend to Vancouver Island at the end of September (driving)
Cruising on the Wonder to Baja end of December out of San Diego
Aulani and Waikiki for spring break March 2023
11 night cruise out of Copenhagen on the Dream August 2023 with hopefully a few days stay prior in London and Copenhagen.
