How many geese does it take to make a gaggle?

I have no idea, but I'm guessing:

One is a single goose.
Two are a couple or pair of geese.
Three or more are a gaggle of geese. :D

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? :jester:

What kind of question is this? Who, other than you would come up with this question???  ;) ;) ;)

LOL! Actually Tony, I didn't have the question, someone else did.;) A guy I work with seems to think I know things, so he asked me how many geese does it take to make a gaggle (after I dumbly made a remark about a gaggle of geese-one day I will learn to keep my big mouth shut;) ). Now I'm curious. All I've found so far is a gaggle of geese are geese that are landed. But I like Maggie's answer better.:teeth:

Todd, he would chuck about 2 cords of wood.;)

I don't know that there is a specific number.

A GAGGLE of geese is a flock of geese when NOT IN flight. This is opposed to a SKEIN of geese which is a flock of geese IN flight.

So, now, how many geese does it take to make a flock? I can't answer that either.

LOL! Thanks Bob. I'm thinking you and I have the same kind of mind (please don't take any offense to that;) ). I'm thinking a flock is 2 or more, but heck, I don't even know that for certain.:o
