We currently own 1000 points but are thinking about selling some of our BCV points.

We bought our first contract as a resale - it was a 152 BWV contract. I've wondered why it was 152 myself. One of life's little mysteries.

That is quite the mystery. Interesting.

I know our yearly Hilton Head Island trip costs us 231 points, so I could see someone buying the exact amount they needed for their yearly trip.

On another topic... I noticed your siggie and wanted to congratulate you on quitting smoking. DH quit several years ago, so I know how hard it is to do.

My BWV contract is for 174 pts. On the chart, that would be a 7 days (1 week) of pts. for a 1 bdrm. standard "choice" season. We bought resale, so I think the "guides" pushed for those types of contracts to the original buyers.
