How many DVC discounted MVMCP tickets are we allowed to purchase?

Do they check I.D's to see if the ticket holder's address is the same as the DVC member?? My daugher's bf is coming with us in Nov. and I was wondering if he would have to just get the regular party ticket? TIA

Limit six (6) tickets per Disney Vacation Club Member, per event date. The member will need to show their DVC Member ID card & Photo ID to pickup the tickets. For party tickets, guests don't need to reside in members household.
