The announced number was 26,000 runners and there are 21,236 finishers listed on the results page.
Some of those registered never started, so there's no way to know exactly based on the numbers provided. But it looks like 4764 didn't finish in 2013

That was just the womens results-- the men had 1500ish finishers.
