would you need at Disneyland/ Calif Adv? If it is your first trip and you don't want to be rushed and you like to shop a lot, how many days would you need to have to fully enjoy your trip?

<font color=navy>I would give it three days for Disneyland & California Adventure, and would add another day if you'd like to enjoy Downtown Disney/Hotel area, too.

There are other things to see/do here in So Cal, also, including:

* Newport Beach/Balboa Island
* San Diego w/its zoo, wild animal park, & Sea World
* San Juan Capistrano Mission
* Many museums, Ghetty Center, & the La Brea Tarpits
* Hollywood - Chinese Theater/El Capitan (Disney), etc.
* Universal Studios
* Knotts Berry Farm
* Six Flags Magic Mountain
* Drive along the coast, see the tidepools, Palos Verdes & Wayfarers Chapel, or go south to Laguna Beach, La Jolla, etc.
* Sta. Catalina Island

Thanks Maryjo, for some reason, no replies were showing up in the counter, and I was just waiting and waiting for someone to express an opinion. I would hate to spend the monety to go that distance and then leave feeling that I had not done all I wanted to do.

They have a new pass right now where you pay for three days and get four. This is what we did. We had a blast. Four days was just right.

I am going the first week in jan, and got a 5 day hopper for the price of 3 ! I was very happy. When DL was just DL, we would always try for 3 full days in the park, now that it is the DLR, we are upping that to 3 full days, and two partical days on arrival and departure. ( of course part of that is also because we snagged the 5 day passes ).

We are going in Dec. and will be buying the 5 day for the price of 3 ticket. Just wondering if that will be way too much? FIL says one day and I told him no way. I figure 3 days, but 5? Not sure how many other things we should plan. We are doing Lego land and maybe the San Diego zoos. Not sure.

Hi!

We're just back. Had an 8 for the price of 6 day pass. We also did two tours in that number of days, so four days in total at the parks - NOT ENOUGH!! for us anyway!

Could spend ages here!

John

I think it expires in Jan sometime. If you go to the Disneyland.com website and click on passes or tickets it gives you the details.
