Ummm... how many days is "a few days"? :goodvibes

As for how much time you need, it depends on your pace and what you want to do. Since you are 2 adults, this would be different than if you were taking a 5 year old. I would say 3 days (4 to go at a leisurely pace).

Thinking 3...we 'do' WDW every year, haven't been to DL since 1986!
Which is the better DL Resort?

Thanks!:thumbsup2

A lot depends on when you visit and how bad the crowds are. My husband and I love DL during the Christmas holiday season more than the regular season, which is still 'deep love' for us! But crowds can really wear down those that aren't full of DL passion.

I also think *a few days* depends on the person. My husband and I are hard-core obsessed DL fans and a few days is about 4 days - more is always ideal. :goodvibes

I know others in the family who love DL but don't have the stamina that DL obsession provides. So, 3 days max for them.

Those that only like DL? Probably 2 days is a good visit. More than that and they're at risk for becoming Mr. Grumpy.

One day is not enough. Period. If anyone complains then poke them in the butt. :rotfl:

I personally hate to spend any less time in the parks than 3 days, but have been forced to do so and I am sure I will do again. My upcoming trip in december I will be arriving friday morning and going to the park that afternoon, then having dinner in DTD before heading back to the park for the night. On saturday, I won't even be going to DLR, I'll be in hollywood. Sunday though, the entire day will be about Disney! I would like to have more time in the parks, but I cannot allow it at this time.

When I go in Jan for my birthday, I will be going for the same amount of days, but the entire time will be spent at the resort. This is how I like to do it. I just went on a five day vacation, and could have done more if I was able to!

It really all depends on your stamina, and love for Disney. I would have to agree with the PP's, that 3 days is a minimum.

Okay then! 3 days minimum it is!!!!
My DD25 is Disney OBSESSED! Actually- we all kinda are truth be known.
She worked as a CM in the ICP program and as I type is headed downtown to ready herself with a few friends for one on one interviews tomorrow with Disney for Cultural Rep positions in Epcot next Spring. Fingers crossed!!!

We are not long back from WDW but thought it might be nice to get a feel for DL again as well!

Many thanks all!;)

Oooh, sending good thoughts her way.

Let us know if you have anymore DL questions. :goodvibes

3 days is a good trip, time to do everything you want without killing yourself.

I love staying at the Grand and rocking in front of the fireplace! :cloud9:

This year we are staying at DLH, it will be fun to be there since the renovations. I love the Neverland Pool almost as much as the fireplace at the Grand!

I hope you have a great time!
