Chuck, not a thrill ride lover? How bad is Everest? This will be my first time seeing it. My wife won't ride anything faster than a carousel, so I'm on my own for most of the rides.

Expedition Everest is hazardous to your health (at least in my humble opinion). I really believed that I was gonna die! Especially when the cars began to go backward after the way was blocked with broken rails (the Yeti's work!) To paraphrase Dante, there is a special place in Hell for the person who designed this ride. But try it yourself, don't let me sway you.(heh-heh-heh)
Tho I won't ride EE again, I love Dinosaur which is also intense (too much so for kiddies) but it is dark and it goes in one direction.![]()

Ah-h-h, what do little kids know?loribell said:Now that's funny! My DD (8 in just 2 weeks) rode it while we were there in September. The first time she rode with her eyes closed, then we went directly back on and she only closed her eyes when I told her it was time for the Yeti, after that ride she told me she peeked at him and wasn't scared so we rode again and her eyes were open the whole time! She absolutely LOVED, LOVED EE!!!! I think we probably rode it at least 7 times during that short trip. It is her favorite ride of all now.
