How many days left on our hoppers?

Does anytone know of a way to find out for sure how many days are left on our hoppers? I called the resort reservation line and they told me that they would have to scan them at the gates? Any ideeas? Thanks! Lynn
 
we check ours at the frount desk of any disney hotel saves wasting time at the park gate there is no outher way of doing it as they have to be linked to the disney main computer

Thanks, do you know if we can call and give the number on the back of the tickets to them so that they can check - I would like to save the $$ in pre-purchasing if we do not have enough days??? Thanks, Lynn
 
you could try emailing them its worth a try

Because of resale abuse they have discontinued giving out information about tickets any place other than at the gates or an onsite resort, or DD at guest services.
You can try to email them, but, I doubt you will get any answer other than what you were told on the phone.
 
You are right! I can just hope I am right when I get there! I should have wrote the number of days left on the back of them. I think I know - but I the doubt is nagging at me!

Actually, they can't tell you anything about the pass at the turnstile except whether the ticket is good for the one admission you are trying to use for that day. The ticket history does not come up on the turnstile reader so they can't tell you whether you have anything left other than that day's admission.

To get that information, you have to have your ticket scanned at a Guest Relations, Guest Services, or a Disney resort front desk.
 
When we checked in at the Poly, last Spring, I had the desk CM check our hoppers for what was left on them. He reported less than what I thought, but I accepted that I may have remembered incorrectly.

The next morning we went to the MK, and one by one our tickets were rejected by the reader :confused:

The CM pulled us aside and I thought the worst - that the checking at the front desk had voided the tickets, somehow. The CM said he had to check what the problem was with the tickets (I gave him no explanations at that point) at Guest Services and he'd be right back. He came back with new tickets for us and his only explanation was that something had happened to the old tickets. The whole thing took about ten minutes or less, but I remember thinking how this was cutting into our early entry for that day. :(

Later I learned that these new tickets had been reloaded with the balances I remembered, not what the Front Desk CM reported to me :D It must have been what was in the computer, because nobody asked me!


Guess these things just happen sometimes.
