I know opinions and thoughts may vary, but for most part, with the three of (dw,ds) moving at a fair clip, how many days should we plan to cover the park?

Thanks pirate:

At least 2,if you go bell to bell. 3dys if you take breaks during the day.

Have you been before? What time of year are you thinking of.

In my mind these answers will make a difference. We like at least 3-4 days if we can work it out because we like to take a break mid-day. Having said that, we have been many times before so if we miss an attraction, it is not too big a deal because we know we will be back. If we did not know when we would be back, then our family would do 4-5 days, again because we like that mid-day break time.

Also, if we are going at a really crowded time of year, we plan more time and expect our breaks to be longer because DH hates crowds. We usually arrive at rope drop, stay until just after lunch and come back after dinner.

We would be going next Month, around March 20th. Is DL croweded in March?

End of March begins Spring Break season, I believe. Our school is not until mid-April, but they are all different in my area, at least. I am guessing it will not be as crowded as summertime or Christmas week, but I defer to people who have visited then.

Assuming it will not be crazy crowded, my family would plan 3-4 days.

I honestly don't think I could ever do less than 3 days again, but if I push it I know I can do everything I want in 2. But I generally tend to spend my days solo when at the Parks. With 3 people, I would say 3 days minimum, 4 preferably, and 5 or 6 would be a total splurge, lol.

As for going in March, Spring Breaks and cheer leading events do tend to make it busier, but last year during our dates (March 27-31) I found it to be completely manageable.

Yes your dates will be crowded, during the off season (and those days are harder and harder to find) 3 days is find for us ~ and at that time park hours are 10am-8pm ~ we don't take a break, we often fly in early on day 1 (short flight for us) and can get there at opening and then fly home the evening of day 3. If you start your visit on 3/20 I'd plan to stay till Wed. the 24th.
