Trying to decide if we can do the parks in 3 days or 4. Currently I am planning on arriving Friday evening (6/6) (with the time difference from the Midwest the kids will be too tired to go to the parks this day) and leave on Wednesday morning (6/11). Plan is to purchase a 4 day park hopper and this would give us four full days in the parks. Is this too much for two parks? I haven't been to DL in years. My boys are 7 and 11 - the older one likes the wilder rides but not the younger one. They are too old for much of Toontown. We would like some down time back at our resort (the GC) for swimmming and we will likely have one sit-down meal a day.

4 days is perfect especially if you haven't been in years. It will definitely give you enough time to ride all the rides you want and see most if not all shows and entertainment that you want. Plus it allows time to explore the parks, Downtown Disney, and your hotel.

I always say go for the more. It gives you more time to really enjoy the trip. You won't be rushing around in a mad dash to get everything done. You can really enjoy both parks and any of downtown disney that you want.

I was contemplating purchasing ridemax and thought that might get me through the parks quicker. Also, I am cutting my schedule tight because I have to be back for something important Wednesday evening (flight arrives back at 4:20 p.m.). Still, I don't want it to be rushed holiday.

We just got back from a 4 day trip. We were initially going to to 3 days, then added a 4th at the last minute. I'm so glad we did. We were able to do all the rides we wanted, the shows, shopping and time for daily naps. We concentrated mainly on rides for the first 2 days, and then did more shows and favorite rides the last 2 days. My kids are 6, 8, and 10. They loved the wild rides and the calmer ones. They also liked Toontown but we only spent an hour there.

Three is good, it's what we normally do. Of course more is always better, but we've always managed to see everything in early June with 3 days.

Including the day we arrive we are actually going to have 5 days in the park this time. Plus a day for Universal. So, if you go with 4 that will be more then good for you! :)
