I bought the online tickets, 2 days, 3 free. Plus free kid tickets! What a deal!
We are going the first week of April for 5 nights.
I know we need at least 2 full days in the park. And I figured a 3rd day to ride our favorite things. But will that be enough? I know we can go in each day. But I also want to spend at least one day at WDW and one of the water parks (maybe)
How crowded do you think it will be? Is the park open late? This is 2 weeks before Easter.
Any thing we must see or do? We went to universal about 6 years ago. Had a good time but the kids were very small!
ANy pointers?

are you staying on site? if you are, 3 days wil be fine.

if you are staying off site, you need to get to the park early, as when it should open and eat at off times.

Just back today. Stayed off-site and got to parks at lunchtime and still did everything in 3 days with time to spare. You should be fine with allowing 3 days for Universal and IOA.

If staying onsite is it possible to see everything in 2days? We don't do big coasters.

Thanks, mky princess:

yea, i think that wil fly.

skip all coasters and it can be done in 2 days.
but, start early in the morning, even with fotl, there could be crowds.

think, shopping, walking, eating, etc

How many days do think I will need to do two universal parks and seaworld? Three? Do the onsite hotels normally have rooms ready early or should I fly in a day early?

Thanks. :scratchin

we are staying at Fort Wilderness camp ground.
Initially we were planning to do some days at WDW and less at Universal But after looking around I think we will spend all of time there and only do a day at the water park.

Park hours are here.

The first week of April is moderate, parks close at 7pm. It's the 2nd and 3rd week of April that things get real busy, parks close at 10pm.

You can still visit a water park. It's best to show up early, at 08:30am, because the wait for the slides are less first thing. At noon, you can go back to your hotel, rest, and visit a Disney park at night.

That's what I always tell people to do. Visit one park early in the morning, rest in the afternoon, then visit another park at 4pm as the tired are leaving.
The parking garage at USF/IOA opens at 8am. So you want to leave Fort Wilderness around 07:30am, and you'll arrive the parking garage just as it opens. If you're first to the gate, you can take a lap of walk on rides before the crowds show up, which usually happens at 11am.

Doing this plan, you could visit USF/IOA (or a water park) in the morning, then a Disney park at night. Most people think they need to spend an entire day at one park, but you don't have too.
