Hi! I was wondering if anyone has worn a FitBit at WDW and if so how many steps were you averaging daily?

On our trips I usually average around 21-23k steps. Which is high, but as someone with a not-sitting down job (I'm a preschool teacher) it's not higher than a work day with a good work out at the end.

For my first Disney trip I prepped by taking 5 mile walks in the heat... And was surprised by how easy the day was. It's a good amount of walking, but not what I anticipated.

Usually around 20,000. We stayed in the parks all day but took it slow with our 12mo. If we were doing WDW like we did pre-baby, who knows how many steps we would have had! :)

Just returned from a week at WDW. I averaged about 21,000 steps a day with my FitBit. This trip there wasn't a ton of going back and forth through the parks though....I think we actually walked less than usual!!!

Last April I was getting between 25k and 35k daily depending on which park I was at and how long of a day we were having.

I got 43k at Disneyland one day last summer!

15-20K but I have really slowed it down since I live closer. I find that while yes it's a lot of walking it's also just a lot of standing/waiting on concrete which can be just as tiring. My #1 Disney tip to people--bring several pairs of comfortable shoes to rotate!

My highest day this past summer was 25K. Averaged between 20K and 25K all week.

We had days of 7 miles and days of 12 miles and everything in between. It depended a lot on what we were doing and how long we were out. During Food and Wine we were closer to 7-8 because we'd stop and eat a lot. MK days seemed the highest, but we always park hop so there's always a second park too usually Epcot.

I was surprised to hit 10,000 steps one morning. We had walked to DHS from Boardwalk, I then rode TOT and as I was walking through the que on RNRC I felt my fitbit vibrating. Not really sold on accuracy! :)

We hit usually around 15-17k, but we had cranky little ones so were moving at a very relaxed pace, and were don for the day usually be mid-afternoon.

We were there during Marathon weekend and did between 17K-20K a day but we have also slowed down as our visits have become more frequent and we feel less of a need to hop all over the place. If you really jam pack your day and go to multiple parks I would say you can easily get over 20K. If you have a fun competition going on with your friends they will hate you while you are at Disney :)

For us it was 17K to 20K steps a day depending on the park. We are not a rope drop to rope drop family though. Our time at a park is usually limited to 6-8 hours each day.

We averaged between 20-25k on our last visit a month ago. We were slowed a bit by an extra person that joined us, so I'd guess we'd normally average more toward 25k+ on average, as we are rope droppers and stay all day.

I usually hit between 20K and 25K as well, but I found the accuracy was impacted by pushing a stroller so others in my party hit closer to 30-35K.

Last visit, I hit 27k on a Magic Kingdom day (Rope Drop to MNSSHP and apparently FitBit considers that to be almost 11 miles) and our low for the week was ~16k, averaging around 20k. Wearing it when we leave on Saturday and doing Universal/IoA. Interested to see how the parks compare!
