How many Christmas tree's do you put up ?
When do you start putting them up and decrorating??

I put up 10 ( counting large and small ones) .. I have one 7 ft one up and dercrated now another one going up this week-end..

I love Christmas..

My DH will only allow 1 :sad2: cause it takes about all day to put it up and get it decorated and we put it up the day after Thanksgiving

1 real, 1 fake white fairy tree, 3 smaller fiber optic trees, and one singing Christmas tree that my dd got for her b-day when she was about 5. We also believe that if there is a wall or a surface, it should be covered with Christmas decorations.

We'll do it after thanksgiving and this year I'm putting up 2 big ones. One real and one fake. I may put a smaller one up too but I'm not sure if I know where it is.

Until I saw your location I thought I knew your IRL. I know someone who puts up as many as you do and pretty much changes out everything in her house for Christmas. It looks great but way too much work for me!

We have Halloween decorations up now. We will wait until after Thanksgiving for Xmas decorations, too soon for me!

I have a big one in my living room, along with a little pink princess on a table that my daughter insists must be there.

1 artificial with allDisney ornaments on it in the den and 1 live blue spruce with the family & heirloom ornaments on it in the livingroom.

Wow, TEN Christmas trees? That's a lot of UNdecorating to do in January. :teeth:

We have two since we moved to the new house. One in the library by the front window of the house and one tall, skinny tree in the family room.

ETA: We do our decorating on Black Friday. Anything to keep away from the stores.

Kylie's Mommy said:
Only 1 and we wait until the day after Thanksgiving to put it up.

ditto

and I loathe undecorating the ONE!

since we don't have kids yet...and we always travel to our parents for the hoildays...I'm debating not even bothering this year

I wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate - I only have 1 right now but hope to get 1 additional large tree for upstairs now that we have room. That won't happen this XMas, though ;)

My partner and I are always on a cruise during Christmas so we never decorate. We MIGHT be home this year, so we will decorate the day after thanksgiving.

I wanted a real tree but she seems to think we should get a fake one, she is only letting me get 1 :( But I have no idea where to find a tree or cute ornaments, I don't want balls!

We get one real fir, and we put it up usually during the second week of December. The trees usually arrive here during the first week of Dec (sometimes the last week of Nov), but because we're always so busy, plus we're asking around to find out who has the freshest, nicest trees :teeth: , it takes us a while to actually get the tree up! No point putting it up too early anyway, since in our climate it would be brown and horrible by Christmas Day!

Our tradition is to decorate the day after Thanksgiving. We have two trees usually, but this year we will have three. We put a real one in our Living room (we have hardwood floors in the LR and I'll only put a real tree on hardwood - I hate finding the needles all year round in carpet!). Our family room has Cathedral ceilings so we have a very big, tall tree (artificial) for in there and this year we'll probably put one out on our back screen porch. I love decorating for Christmas!

Currently ONE
and it will go up in December -
having a a 1/2 year old around a tree is allways an extra chore!
In the new house - I already bought a fake one for the front porch, and we always have a REAL one in the living room, but I will probably get another one for the family room too

Wow 10? I thought I was bad with 3. I put up and decorate one small and one large fake tree the day after Thanksgiving, and then a week before Christmas we buy a real tree that the boys decorate (with me sort of directing the show :teeth: ).

We always have lots of decorations around the house at Christmas, but we only put up one large tree.
