I read in another post that the tables at Teppanyaki only seat 8. I have reservations there for a party of 9 and they never mentioned that we would be at different tables. I called back to ask and the CM assuered me we would be at on table. I am a little worried as I know CM's have given out incorrect information before. Could anyone who has eaten at Teppanyaki tell me if 9 people can sit at one table. There will be 5 adults, and 4 kids (5, 7, 9, and 11) in our party. I'm hoping since there are kids in our group we can sqeeze 9 at one table.

Thanks for any info!

The tables are set up to sit 8, would guess since there are small children they may add an extra chair at one side. We ate there last Thursday, always our 1st night location!!

As far as I know, there's only room for 8. On our last visit, the kiddos got their very own table, right next to ours, of course. I'm sure you could add an extra seat for one more person but it is going to be a tight fit.

We had a party of ten at one table. There were 5 adults and 5 children. It was a little cozy but we fit.

Awesome! That's great to know because we have a party of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) dining there next week. I had asked this same question a couple months ago here on the Dis, and several people replied that we would be split up and seated at 2 different tables. :(

How long ago was it that they allowed all 10 of you at one table? I hope they still allow it!

It was in July 2004. Have a great trip! :sunny:

They will squeeze 9 to a table & depending on how many kids/high chairs can get 10 as well.

Cozy is not a word I would pick but hey... that's me.

We ate there last week and we had 8 at our table, but 4 of the 8 were children. I can't really imagine that another chair would squeeze very comfortably though...it already seemed tight.
