How many bring there own pillows on trips

Just curoius who brings all of their pillows with them. I have a tempur pillow that I can't sleep with out and my wife brings two pillows. Our car will be a sea of pillows!

Only if we drive. My wife would love to bring her's on the airplane, but it's a full body pillow and we'd have to purchase an extra seat on the plane to fit it on!

I take my pillow and we fly.

Years ago I didn't take it, what a mistake. I can't sleep with full big pillows so ended up turfing the pillow and stuffing the pillow case with a sweatshirt.

We always do - DH and I and the kids! We just sleep better when we have our own pillows!

I have had neck problems since I was a kid and used to show horses, so bringing my own is a necessity for me. I will find SOME WAY to fit it in the suitcase. DH knows that if we leave for a trip and I've forgotten my pillow--we'd better turn around!

We all do...my husband brings his king size pillow and each of our three boys bring their pillows with their disney pillowcases!

I always bring mine and usually can fit it into my suitcase, but the last trip in December I had to carry it on, I just threw it up into the overhead bin. I can't sleep without it.

Hi All!

That is so funny - I thought I was the only one who did this. My kids can not sleep without their Pillows and Blankies. I had to lug with this all the way to Disney World - I thought I was the only one!

We take pillows (I actually found a rolling duffle on clearance at Target for $7 to carry them in last trip ) and DH carries a QUEEN SIZED EGGCRATE! Yep, he immediately strips the bed and puts his eggcrate on no matter how comfy I tell him the bed is. Thing is, his bed is always the comfiest! (shhh, don't tell him I admitted that )

I took my own pillow to WDW for the first time on our last trip and I slept so much better. I put it in a large size packmate and squished all the air out and slid it in the bottom of my suitcase.

Robin - The eggcrate pad. I love it. I must do that (bad back)
Ilovestitch - The spacesaver bags for the pillows are a great idea. I have some but haven't used them for travel, only storage.

I used to not, and I really missed it.

Then I was pregnant and I figured, it was going with us. I was so happy I vowed NEVER to go with out it again (we fly).

I am allergic to down, it is one of those down alltertives. I sleep with a few of them at home, I only bring one with me.

Now if I could just find a way to bring my duvet with me!

When we used to drive to WDW, we'd bring our own. Now that we fly, we leave them home.
