How many bridesmaids did you/will you have?

The 2 most recent weddings I've been to/discussed have been in the extremes - one had 2 BM's the other will have 14.

I'm not 100% sure, but since we will probably be having an intimate, I'll probably just have my best friend from high school be my maid of honor.

I'm have the intimate wedding, so that's 18 guests plus me and DF. Now DF cannot decided between two friends for Best Man so he's having both stand. So, I'm debating just one MOH or a MOH and bridesmaid. If I do both then out 20 total people, six will be standing!!
