How many boyfriends/girlfriends did you date before you met your soulmate?

3 boyfriends before I met my husband at work. First was high school boyfriend. We dated for about a year and a half. I broke it off because he was just too needy and immature, plus I wanted to be free my senior year! Second boyfriend was actually another guy I went to high school with but reconnected when I returned home for community college, couldn't cut it at the University, lol. We were together for a year and he broke up with me. I was devastated because I was truly in love with him. My 3rd boyfriend I'll call a rebound relationship, we were only together 3 months, not long after the second one ended. That was a mutual break up. I met my husband later that same year(20years old). We will be married 30 years the end of June.

I had first dates with 3 guys. My DH was the only one to get past the first date. We were married 45 years before he passed last Fall.

In high school I went steady with my first real boyfriend for 2-1/2 years. Second boyfriend 6 months, same for the third, then in March of my senior year I met my husband who was also a senior at a different school. Will celebrate our 47th anniversary in September
