We're going Jan 16th to the 23rd. We have the basic package booked and just waiting for the packages themselves to come out.

We're taking my Mom with us, it will be her first time and our second.

I'm waiting for the AAA rates to come out...not sure if I should booked my basic package. Have you done the switch from basic to AAA package? It's my first time using AAA... THANKS

My AAA agent said she would switch us to the 2007 package as soon as they come out, sometime in August. I booked the basic package because I wanted to make sure I would get my resorts for the dates I wanted.

hnmm right now I have room only resys for january 7-17th, 10 whole days yay!!!!!!!!!! I am going to wait to see if AP comes out with decent stuff, or go with package. I got the rooms reserved, the CM over the phone told me I can add the package up to 3 days in advance with no problems. I wouldn't wait that long, but you know. I figure I'll wait till december for january AP codes.

I like to do it online, but will I get a better deal doing it over the phone and will I be able to access my account online (later) to add park tickets and meal plans? Help! I booked our basic package on Friday for 11/28-12/8/2007 through our AAA agent. She said package rates are expected mid-August and she'd make the switch then. We're also doing a split stay, so we wanted to make sure there was no trouble getting both halves of our plan.

If you call Disney you can book a basic package and put your deposit down and when they 2007 rates come out you can add the extras if you want (meal plan, and tickets). You can also book a basic package though your travel agent such as Small World or Dreams Unlimited.

I just got off the phone with CRO - I was asking for pricing for room-only, I also asked for AAA room-only rates. We want to go for 2 weeks and do a split stay so I asked for GF Dec 2 - 9, GV, LV and MKV so we could compare prices CM tell me the only thing available is MKV for $465/night. I then asked for AK DSV for same dates (we're not sure which one we want to stay at yet...) CM says nothing available for our dates ... ...What? Not a single DSV room available for the first week of December of 2007?

I then ask about week two - December 9 - 16 YC water view - CM says no, nothing available for that week not even concierge I said "You mean to tell me the entire YC is already sold out for the second week of Decmeber 2007?" She says, "Well we've had record bookings for next year"

I think I need to speak with someone else...

I called the end of june to book our trip for may 2007 and the lady told me good thing I called because there already being booked until nov. 2007
