How many allowed in HRH room

how many people are allowed in a HRH room? 2 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 3 children?

They allow 5 in a room, even in the deluxe rooms with 2 queen beds and a full pull put sofa (seems like there is room for 6 ?).
