How many 1BR, 2BR, etc?

I'm still earning my ears...I know this inbfo must be somewhere and I haven't found it yet - just curious about -
Is there a list of how many studios, 1BR, 2BR, GV, are at each resort?

I know you're looking for the total room breakdown. Don't have that, but do have the total number of villas at each resort.

Numbers published by Disney:

BCV 208
BWV 383
OKW 531
VWL 136
HH 102
VB 175

Not sure how they counted them and you can combine Studios & 1-B/R's to get 2-B/R.

It's been quoted a approximately 20% or just under but I've never seen a breakdown on room types or number of rooms. I'd always assumed it was fairly evenly spread out across the unit types of studio and 1 BR, remember there are not 2 BR units that are not lockoff's but there are dedicated studio and 1 BR units in addition to the lockoff's. And there are no standard view GV.

The information I have for BWV shows the following:

Dedicated Studios 15 SV + 82 PV = 97
Dedicated 1 Bdrm 23 SV + 107 PV = 130
Lockoff 2 Bdrm 37 SV + 112 PV = 149
Grand Villas 7 PV = 7

Total 75 SV + 308 PV = 383 Units
112SV + 420 PV = 532 Rooms

Not sure why, but as pointed out in another thread, there are some discrepancies between the Multi-Site POS and Doc's numbers. Given Doc's track record, I would go with his numbers, but here are the discrepancies I can see from the May 17th 2004 POS:

OKW: 226 2BR Lockoffs
VB: 111 Inn Rooms
HH: No discrepancy
BWV: No discrepancy
VWL: No discrepancy
BCV: 22 Dedicated Studios, 13 Dedicated 1BR, 54 Dedicated 2BR, 53 2BR Lockoffs

As noted, the only meaningful discrepancy is at BCV. It would be interesting to see what is correct (though, as I said, I will bet on Doc's numbers)

WOW! Those numbers sure tell you why owning at BCV and VWL is important if that's where you want to stay! They are tiny compared to the other on-site resorts.

Interesting, Dr. P. I'll see if I can do some digging. Most of my numbers were from POS and WDW Travel Industry guides. I'd usually think the POS would be the most accurate- so your numbers from 5/04 may well be accurate.
