How low will Disney let Poly go?

lol - that may make them the worse. My guide had retired and I ended up with a very long employed DVC sales person of the 25 year range too. Twice he had to call me back with the news that what he said could be done couldn't be. Nope - length with the company doesn't automatically mean they get it right unfortunately.
I think the salespeople who were there long get it wrong more often than the newer people since they keep remembering the old policies.

Agreed. What I was asking for were things that we had done on previous purchases and that's what he agreed to also. Deposits were also taken. Then it moved onto the contract department who said nope, we don't do that anymore.

Might need to change name of thread to “How high will Poly go?” Haha. Someone really has a 50pt Poly contract for $180/pt. My guess is they recently bought direct at $235 or what ever it is now and have no idea of the resale values. Sad that the broker didn’t educate them. But in the end you can list for whatever you want so.....Good luck with that one.

I put an offer on that one! No where near the asking price obviously because that’s ridiculous even with banked 2019 points on it and apparently there is an offer accepted on it already. So curious what it went for.
