How long?

Hey Guys,

Another newbie planning question-What is distance and driving time needed between the Fort and Animal Kingdom and the Fort and Hollywood Studios? We will be driving our truck and we are planning for rope drop for both parks, but I need to get an idea of distances and driving times-Thanks so much for your helpfulness

I'm going to say the Studios are less than 5 miles, about 15 min (not including waiting in line for parking) and the Animal Kingdom is about 10 miles plus or minus and about 30 min, again, not counting wait time.

I hate to disagree on AK time, but I don't think it will take 30 minutes. We usually drive there in about 20 minutes at most. DHS maybe 10. All these depend on traffic, but driving is the quickest way.

Driving time is approximately 15 minutes to AK, slightly less to DHS. All roads are well marked. Driving around the "World" is pretty easy. Aside from MK, we always drive to the parks which is why I'm confident of the above listed times.
