I am sure you will get more specific responses, however, I wanted to mention once your contract waives ROFR then the final documents need to be sent out to buyer and seller. If both parties return ASAP then it can close ASAP. Once it closes it takes about 7 days until the points show in the Disney system. If you buy from a foreign seller expect them to take a little longer to return their final documents than someone in the US.
