How long will the Dedication ceremony for the Train ride take?

we have a fp+ for Be Our Guest and Im worried it will be impossible to get through if they will be roping off the area.

The dedication is May 2nd, I think I read around 10AM. I know that they are opening some of the surrounding attractions later. I wouldn't think the dedication would last a real long time, I'm guessing no more than an hour.

We also have a BoG FP lunch at 11:30, I checked the other day and it was still there. I'm guessing if it was going to be cancelled they would notify us
