I had 2 very different experiences - I booked online for our first room but no one else in my family had set up logins, so they didn't have Castaway status tied to them - so I had to call to get our second room (family of 6). Called at 0800 and was on hold for 2 hours. Was about to transfer the call to my son to go to a meeting when they picked up - got it done!
Called back yesterday afternoon around 1500 to make a couple of minor changes, no wait - got right through.
