I was on hold for an hour, then my mom's emergency alert ran a test call and I was disconnected. Back on hold again.

lol I forgot today was opening day and am on hold to discuss Nov 2015 reservation.

I was on hold for 25 minutes earlier and had to hang up, called back and I've been on hold for 20mins. I guess I should clear my schedule for the rest of the morning if it's as bad as y'all say.

I called at exactly 8:00 this morning. Started talking with a representative at 8:31. I pretty much had choice of any room in my desired category (9B).

I was on hold for about 55 minutes. My entire hold and booking time was 70 minutes. I booked one cruise and priced out another. The Cast Member was having issues with her computer.

Called in at 8:00, on the actual hold line from about 803 for another hour. Booked with no issues.

I went on hold at about 11:30 & was talking to a CM by 11:45. Got my reservation for NY to Canada October 2, 2016. YAY!!!!!!
