So I'm trying to plan out our wedding trip but I'm not really sure how long we're staying? Although if it were up to me I would never leave! We are getting married on a Thursday so I was thinking maybe coming in on Tues. What did everyone else do??

Our VR will be on a Monday. I plan on arriving either Sat. or Sun. before and staying until Fri. So 5-6 nights. I would stay longer too but with kids that have to get back to school I can't.

Our wedding was Saturday. We flew down Thursday night and flew back the next Thursday. Our at-home reception was that Friday so we had to go back!

All our 'guests' left on Monday so we had some time to honeymoon ourselves.

Our wedding was on a Monday. We flew in the Friday before and stayed for 16 days. :cloud9:

Our wedding was on a Friday. We went up Thursday and stayed thru the following Wednesday. We would have loved to stay longer but the GF is sooo expensive. We are goin back next month though for 4 days!

We're planning on going October 8th through the 20th (with the wedding being the 12th). We're staying at the Boardwalk :thumbsup2 I figured after the wedding I would need the week just to relax!

We stayed just shy of 3 weeks. About 10 days at Disney, then a 7 night cruise, and then back to Disney to stay at the Grand Floridian.

Ours was just over 2 weeks. We arrived on a Saturday am; Sunday we sailed on the 4 day DVC member Cruise; back to WDW Thursday; married on Saturday and spent the next fabulous week on our honeymoon at WDW. I wish we could do another 2 week vacation!

We will be staying in WDW for 20 nights in May for our wedding. We re staying at the Poly & POFQ :thumbsup2

13 days:

4 nights BWI
1 night WL honeymoon suite
4 Nights Disney Wonder
3 Nights Contemporary

Funny, because on the last 4 trips I have done 3 nights, then 4 nights, then 5 nights, and the last one was 6 nights. We've taken quite a jump this time :yay:

We'll be doing 7 nights, thanks to the Buy 4, Get 3 promotion.

Our wedding is 16 may here at home. We'll relax a bit the next day, then fly out 18 May, leaving again the 25th. We'll be at the CR in an MK-View tower room :)

We've got between 21 and 24 nights depending on the cost of the flights. Last year it was cheaper to come back on Christmas Day (21 nights) but if it is similar once Boxing Day has past then we will come back a few days later.

We're staying:

2 nights villa
5 nights Boardwalk (wedding week)
5 nights POR
Rest of time in the villa, thanks to Mom and Dad as a wedding present :lovestruc

We were married on a Thursday; arrived Wednesday and left Sunday for our honeymoon cruise. But, we live close to WDW and drive over for day trips about once a month. When we were planning our wedding I lived in Orlando so we were there almost every weekend. Can never get too much Disney though :goodvibes

We were married on a Tuesday...we arrived on Monday afternoon and left Friday morning...so really only 3 full days.

we were married on a thursday

got to WDW on Tuesday

left the next Wednesday :)

We're hoping to get married on a Tuesday so we'll be arriving on the Saturday before, then staying through to at least the next Monday. So right now about 10 days :woohoo:

We're doing the "buy 4 nights get 3 free" deal also. We arrive on Wednesday and the wedding is on Friday, then we head home on Wednesday. We'd like to stay longer, but:

1. DH2B is in construction and only gets 1 week paid vacation per year - and that's only because he is salaried. Construction is not like a regular office job with 2 weeks of paid vacation every year. He is working 5 Saturdays to make up for the 5 days he will miss work, because:

2. We are doing the bounceback promo in September and DH will use four days of vacation then.

3. We went to WDW four times last year, and the kids missed a week of school for one trip

4. The kids will miss 5 days of school in May for the wedding

5. We are going back in December for Christmas week, and DH2B will use up his 5th day of vacation then.
