I left a message today for our guide (the one on our DVC emails) to call us re: an AKV purchase. The last time we did an add-on (SSR), he never got back to us, but since we were in WDW anyway, we went over to SSR and made the purchase using someone else.
How long do you think we should give him this time? By when should I call him again, or should I just ask for the other agent (who was delightful to deal with)? And if we wind up using agent #2, is there any way he can get the commission? (I'd hate to reward my original guy from '98 for the third time if he's again not doing any work!
