How long until your guide calls back?

I left a message today for our guide (the one on our DVC emails) to call us re: an AKV purchase. The last time we did an add-on (SSR), he never got back to us, but since we were in WDW anyway, we went over to SSR and made the purchase using someone else.
How long do you think we should give him this time? By when should I call him again, or should I just ask for the other agent (who was delightful to deal with)? And if we wind up using agent #2, is there any way he can get the commission? (I'd hate to reward my original guy from '98 for the third time if he's again not doing any work!:mad:)
Any advice?:confused3
 
I called my guide last week and left a message to tell him that I'd be at WDW in 2 weeks and would like to meet him to get a tour and discuss an add on. When I got home that day I realized it was day 1 of AKV sales, and wasn't too surprised that my call wasn't returned that day. He called me today, and we made arrangements to meet next week. He quickly checked my use year and mentioned that he had points available - including AKV. I'd say a 3 business day wait during the start of AKV sales isn't too bad.
