How long until reservations come in mail?

I rented out points for two reservations almost three weeks ago and neither party has received their confirmation from DVC by mail. How long does this normally take?

Do they actually mail anything? I only get confirmations by e-mail.

I would just log into the MS site, copy the info, and then e-mail it to the renter.

They need to check their emails. I haven't had a copy of a reservation I have made sent by DVC by snail mail in a couple of years.

I usually forward the email I receive from Disney to the person using my points. I then make a copy of it and snail mail it to them.

I don't thnk MS uses regular mail for confirmations anymore, I have only received emails for the last couple of years.

Even in the past I don't think that the mailed confirmations ever went to guests, only to the owner of the points.

I you can request that the renter ( if renting your reservation) gets a mailed copy of the reservation. I do it all the time.
