How long until BCV resales

Occationally I've seen BCV listed on one of the resale boards but not often. How long does it take after a new resort opens (or sells out) before you start seeing a number of listings for sale?

There may never be a lot of resales. BCV is a tiny resort (a little over 100 rooms, I believe), and it's very popular due to location and amenities (Stormalong Bay).

Maybe if something new and different opens, like a Monorail resort, BCV's status will begin to falter. But right now it's the elite DVC property in most people's minds.
