How long to ship Magic Bands

Hello! I am new to the boards so I hope I am putting this in the right place. I placed an order for 2 Magic Bands from the Shop Parks app on Monday 1/2/17 and they aren't showing shipped as of today. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is normal. We purchased annual passes right after Christmas but won't be making our first trip down until 1/17. I was hoping to have the magic bands before then.

The only time I did an app purchase it wasn't for bands and shipped out fairly quick (no longer than a slower online retailer would take so 2 business days at most). I'm not sure if there is a number to call but check your receipt and I would reach out.

Given the weather problems the last several days in the mid-Atlantic states, I'd guess there's a good chance it's just a weather related delay. The shipping could be delayed, the warehouse could have sent employees home for a couple days...this was a big storm that hit a lot of areas that aren't really equipped to handle all the snow and ice they got.

Thanks for the replies. I talked to customer service this afternoon and they stated the normal time to get the bands shipped out is 5-7 business days. About 2 hours later I got an email that they had shipped and should be here Wednesday. I guess I have been spoiled by Amazon lol.
