How long to receive gift cert from Hotwire?

I ordered gift certificates from Hotwire a week ago and they were shipped on the same day. Does anyone know how long it should take to get here? If I don't receive them is there anything that I can do? My credit card has already been charged for these. Thanks for your help.

I ordered mine last Monday for my trip leaving next Saturday Dec. 4th. I was a nervous wreck after ordering them with standard shipping because I hadn't thought of the holiday delaying the shipment. Well....no worries here....they arrived on Friday after Thanksgiving. So I got mine really quick. I think their warehouse they ship out of is in Nebraska and I'm in Oklahoma if that helps.

Hotwire ships very quickly. The problem some folks have had is that Hotwire delivers via DHL to your post office. It is then up to your post office to deliver to your house. I always get my orders within a week, but other posters have told stories of their packages sitting at the post office for 2 weeks.

Mine usually come in about 5 business days.

One tip: If you can log on and view the credit card account you used to buy from Hotwire~ the day you see the charge appear on your credit card account is usually the day BEFORE you receive the Hotwire items.

This always let me know when the expect them.

If you only ordered a 1 or 2 giftcards, it may come regular mail in a mid-size white envelope that almost looks like junk mail. It will say something about benefits on it. When I have ordered just 1 or 2 gift cards they have come like that, instead of in the DHL envelope. It really threw me the first time. I didn't even open the envelope at first, thinking it was junk mail, they sat on my counter for a couple days before I finally opened it and realized it was my gift cards.

Well, the gift certificates were ordered and shipped on Nov. 23 according to "My Account" on the website. But they still haven't arrived. I also ordered meal vouchers on Nov. 22. They haven't even been shipped yet. I've sent 3 e-mails and have called once and can't seem to get any information. Their website says that orders are processed on the day they are ordered and that they should be received within 7-10 days. Hopefully, I'll get them soon. Still waiting.

I ordered 16 gift cards for Christmas presents and received them within 5 days. They might be sitting at your post office so you should check with them. I have never had any problems getting my orders from Hotwire.

Well, they've finally arrived. The customer service reps were all very nice when I'd call and have taken care of my orders.
