I have been looking on e bookers at a flight in November which is coming out at £351 plus taxes.

Do you think that this will be all booked up if we leave it any longer? I was wondering if the prices would start to fall if we leave it until nearer the time?

Also I have just been in Disney.co.uk trying to book accomodation and it would seem that all of the budget hotels are booked up!!

Can you believe it!

Hi

Can't really help with the flights but with regard to the Disney Hotels I was looking for December and noticed that the website is only taking bookings for 2004. If you ring Disney reservations they should be able to help.

Hi.....if we were going in November I would be holding off for the £59 - £100 return, secure in the knowledge that it would come to pass.

You do not say whether the quote is scheduled or charter, but with ebookers I guess probably scheduled. If scheduled is a necessity I would shop around - you are bound to get a cheaper price for travel in November.

A further thought....would it be worthwhile phoning TCD for a package quote?

Good luck.

Where will I find prices like that on the web then??

Please advise!!:bounce:

Bumping this as Id like to know too.

Have a look at pages 222 and 298 on ITV1 teletext for cheap charters:bounce: :bounce:

it depends on how gutted you will be if the £100 flights don't appear. I know it's a very quiet time of year, but I'm not sure I would be prepared to take that risk myself.

I see TCD are already advertising 14 day FDs in Nov for £179 plus their usual charges. See the teletext pages mentioned above.

I suppose there is one key question here;- Are your dates in Nov flexible or fixed? If fixed you would need strong nerves to hold off until the last minute for a throwaway deal. I certainly wouldn't recommend you do this.

If, however, you are flexible as regards dates and can travel at short notice (not necessarily within 1 - 2 days of booking), I cannot conceive that you would not get a very good deal sometime in Nov. It requires some nerve but I would be very very confident. At worst if you held off to the start of November you would have a pretty decent idea of which way the wind is blowing.

Good luck, whatever you decide:)

Alex we are looking into the possibilty of cheap flights for a second trip to disney next year. If we hold off till the last minute in your experience (or anyone elses please) how likely are we to get tickets for 5 people.

Hi Galaxy.....We are off to WDW in 5 weeks time.

We have also booked accommodation in July 2004 and July 2005....there are also 5 of us. We have fixed dates and, with it being July (busy from Scotland in particular) there is no way I would be waiting until the last minute. I am trying to get free flights with Virgin (through the frequent flyer scheme) and should find out shortly if we are OK. If we don't get the freebies I would, if necessary, leave it fairly late (say 4 - 5 weeks) to see what deals are available from English airports as their school holidays won't have started when we leave.

If you are going at a busy time even without fixed dates you may have restricted choices. If you're intending a second trip at a slack time you should be OK IMHO.

Good luck:)

Alex
