How long to get your pin?

I bought over my Easter vacation and have my temporary cards but I am still waiting for the pin that is supposed to come separately to access the DVC website. How long should this realistically take ? What number should I call if it does not come?

You can call MS and they can walk you thru the process of accessing the member's website. Once you have created your own username and password, you won't even need the pin number any more.

I'd call MS and let them assist. (... I would wait at least until Monday afternoon or later in the week though. Monday mornings are always the busiest time to call.)

Thanks for the info. I was wondering the same thing. I bought several months ago and no pin yet, but now it looks like it doesn't matter.

I live in the UK and received my pin number very quickly but not my log in number so I just called member services and they were really helpful and I now have full access.
