How long to get your PIN in mail?

We just bought SSR after doing a tour on our trip a few weeks ago. We are so excited! I was wondering how long it takes to get your packet with your PIN in it after sending back paperwork? We are already planning on making our reservations for "going home" next year, and I can't wait to use the members only site. Thanks!

We closed probably 6-8 weeks ago on ours (did a resale) and I finally just called DVC and asked for it. We never have received anything in the mail. I'd just call your guide and they'll transfer you to the right people.

The web site has some good information, but it contains no individualized data regarding your status as a dvc member and there is no way to make reservations or check availability online.

I just called MS and they transferred me to someone who gave me the pin #'s. The person told me the pins were case sensitive and had to be entered exactly right i.e. (lower case, upper case etc.). She gave me both mine and my husbands. The entire call took about 5 minutes.

We got our pin today in the mail. It took about two weeks to get to us.
