How long to get WebCertificate?

My DH ordered a webcertificate through MyPoints and it says "shipped" there, but it hasn't shown up in his e-mail yet.

That was about 10 days ago---how long is it normally taking lately?

What type of email does he have? I had one that never showed up in my email and I contacted Webcertificate. It turns out my email provider didn't accept it because for some reason it was "bulk mail" I ended up getting the certificate number from webcertificate so I could put it into my w.c. account.

I just checked his bulk mail at his yahoo account and nothing---thanks for trying to help!

I finally called webcertificate and she said mypoints has been slow lately so we should wait longer-at least 20 days.

Let you know how long it finally takes.
