How long does it take to get to the Hoop de doo from the BC? We have 5:00 ADR. And what mode of transportation should we take? We will have our own car there. TIA for the help.

I don't really know the answer to your question. I do know that driving yourself is not as beneficial as you might think. You will need to park at the entrance and take an internal Fort Wilderness bus to the Hoop De Doo.
I think you will get great answers if you post this question on the transportation board here on the DIS.

The easiest way would probably be taking the Bus (or monorail if you are inside epcot) to MK then the boat to FW. Plan for atleast 45 minutes no matter which way you go.
Even though it may be a bit of a hassle, if you start getting pressed for time, you may want to drive over there and then just take their internal loop bus that takes you to where HDD is
