How Long to get Reservation Confirmation Letter?

Hello All~

I made 2 reservations Oct 26-Oct 31, day by day and finished on Sat Dec 1st. Neither I nor my sister on the 2nd reservation have received a confirmation letter.


I'm not too worried cause I can see the reservation on DVCmember, but it sure would be a nice touch of magic about now to get something in the mail. Also the last CM was a ditz , I mean truly not all there- She really had trouble w/ the concept of leaving on Fri and not Sat..


Anyways - how long does that usually take?

Hi i made our reservation for AKV on 25th Oct and i have had my confirmation letter for a few weeks now. and we are in the UK.

I am making a day by day reservation. I was told that when I finish calling, I should remind the CM about the paper reservation. This first CM was putting a "hold" on sending out the letter. That hold has to be manually cancelled. Maybe that's what's involved.

Also if you are the owner of all the points used both reservations will come to you. The second one will have your sister's name on it but it will be mailed to you as the owner of the points. My last confirmations took about two week to arrive

I made my Oct 31 res on Dec 1st, too, and received my letter in about a week and a half. Why not give them a call for your paper res?
