How Long to Get Loan Approved?

How long does it generally take? Has anyone had difficulty or had to send in additional items like pay stubs or W-2's if they have standard financing? If so do they contact you by mail or phone? Getting nervous.....

We applied while in WDW, and it took about 10 - 15 minutes. It probably is just a matter of the rep putting the info into the computer. We didn't have to show any proof of income.

If you are purchasing direct form Disney it can be instantaneous and oh so easy. The guide had us approved in under a minute with just our SS#s. This was last June.

While we did everything from home and did nothing on our trip prior, it was done within a day.

Just a few short weeks ago we gave our guide our SS #s and he was able to get us approved within a few minutes. We did fill out the paperwork from home and was sent an official approval letter about a week later.

I looked at your past posts to see how long since you started the process. It hasn't been too long...have you gotten the big pack of info to sign? Or did you sign it all there?

When we bought, we were told that the paperwork was a formality...but from a few scant posts about people being asked for more money and/or info, it seems they aren't such a formality anymore, and that finances are being looked at a bit more.

Have you had contact with your guide? Maybe you should call him/her, ask where you are in the process.
