I have made several adrs for my familys trip in June 06. The one thing I am majorly overwhelmed about is how to time how long it will take to get to my dinner ressies from where we are at. If you guys could look at my schedule and offer any opinions that would be great. I keep changing my mind on adrs too, but I am trying to stick with these.

6/11 CM dinner @6:40pm - will be checking in POR by noon and going to MK-I hope we can get to our room before going to MK.
6/12 Coral Reef @ 12:00 noon Epcot day- will do counter service dinner-possibly going to AK that night-maybe Tusker house.
6/13 Boatwrights@5:10 -thought since we are staying @POR this would be easy. -This is supposed to be MK day
6/14 Rainforest Cafe -AK day- will be doing MGM that night-cs dinner
6/15 Ohana's breakfast@10:00 am-again MK morning-Epcot evening
6/15 Le Cellier@7:00 pm Illuminations @9:00pm
6/16 1900 Park Fare@4:30pm-MK evening
*no plans for 6/16 morning yet.
I am also doing afternoon breaks for my two kids. We will probably be at POR from 2-4 daily. I really want to do Concourse but I don't know where to fit it in. I thought about replacing Boatwrights with Concourse. Any opinions will be appreciated. I have not been to Disney in 12 years and I was a teenager then. I am a little rusty on how things work now. Thanks!

Hi!

I don't know the specifics on all of your travel questions, but I do know that the Unofficial Guide has a chart that lets you calculate how long it will take to get from resort to resort, and from park to resort. It might help you estimate how long to allow for travel time.

Hope that helps!

Your plan looks fine. You are keeping your dining plans in line with your theme park visits. This will save a lot of time and make your life a lot easier.
I don't think you will have a problem getting a room before your dining reservation at Chef Mickey's.

I would also make Ohana's breakfast as last as possible & go to MK first. If you arrive after breakfast it's going to be close to noon & crowded. You'll get 2x as much done if you go to the park at opening & then take a boat over to Polynesian.

Also LeCellier is a long meal & you may have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. That's cutting it close to find a place to view Illuminations.

I forgot to add:

I would keep Boatwrights much more convient. Concourse is good but not a must do.

This shouldn't be an issue. Even if you get into your room at 4, you still have time to get to CM''s for 6:30...just take the MK bus and walk over to CM's via the pathway...takes about 8 minutes.

6/12 Coral Reef @ 12:00 noon Epcot day- will do counter service dinner-possibly going to AK that night-maybe Tusker house.

Again, no problem. It should take maybe 30 mins total to get from Epcot to AK.

6/13 Boatwrights@5:10 -thought since we are staying @POR this would be easy. -This is supposed to be MK day
Leave MK around 3:30-4, and head back to POR. Freshen up and you're good to go!!
6/14 Rainforest Cafe -AK day- will be doing MGM that night-cs dinner
Very doable...leave AK mid-afternoon and head to MGM

6/15 Ohana's breakfast@10:00 am-again MK morning-Epcot evening
Go to MK at 9, then either transfer to the monorail, or take the little ferry boat to 'Ohana, then back to MK for the morning.

6/15 Le Cellier@7:00 pm Illuminations @9:00pm
You will be fine, but might not find a 'primo' viewing spot for IllumiNations.

6/16 1900 Park Fare@4:30pm-MK evening

Your plans sound good and very easily doable. If you are back at POR during the 2-4 time frame, then great. You can just head off to your eating place for the evening from there. I usually have an hour slotted in for getting to a meal via the bus system. I'm usually early, but that's okay..it's better than rushing and/or worrying.
Have a terrific trip!!!

6/15 is MK EE morning. I wouldn't go back after breakfast at Ohana's
