How long to get BCV deed?

We closed on our BCV addon in the middle of June and have not gotten our deed yet. Just trying to figure out if I should be concerned. How long did it take everyone to get their deed? Thanks

Now that you mention it, we closed at the beginning of June and still have not gotten our deed either! I'm actually not sure that I have seen anyone post that they have gotten their deed from BCV now that I think about it.

We were among one of the first group of closings for the BCV and we just got our official deed last Friday.

I was in the early group of closings and got my deed 2 weeks ago. I wouldn't worry as they have a lot of them to give out, be patient.

We are in the same boat. We closed in the summer and have not gotten the deed. When I called they said it was a problem with our paperwork, which we sent in over 2 months ago. We completed the documents properly. Then I got a call saying the question was about joint tenancy, because they did not know if we are married. I pointed out that is disclosed in the documents.

I do not know what is going on, but there is some problem and the DVC needs to get it fixed!

We got our deed yesterday in the mail. We signed up in March.

We bought at the BCVs over Easter and our deed arrived in yesterday's mail.

We purchased BCV in February; our deed just arrived yesterday. That did take long, didn't it?

Thanks everyone. It doesn't look like I need to be concerned at all. Maybe it will be here by Christmas.

I wouldn't count on it. It looks like since we closed in September, we might get ours sometime next spring. Too bad they didn't delay the start of assessment payments that long!!
