How long to get a refund

Purchased Discovery Cove tickets from UCT and I picked the wrong ones(e-tickets) and I am going to call and cancel and I'm not going for more than 30 days. How long does it take to see a refund?? TIA

I'm not sure what UCT's policies are, but if you under-bought your tickets, you could always upgrade onsite, rather than trying to return and re-buy.

Editops, I didn't catch that you meant Discovery Cove. My comments above were for WDW tix. If you have no luck with UCT, you might want to contact Discovery Cove and see what your change or rescheduling options are.

are they refundable? Disney e-tickets if purchased through UCT are not.

I called UCT and the others dates during my trip are booked full. I'm just going to have to make the best of it. Thank you for your help.
