How long to expect for CRT breakfast?

Hi everyone!

Quick question: I have 8:15 am breakfast reservations for my family at CRT (yay!) That being said, I really wanted 8:05 reservations as I wanted to be downstairs right outside of Fantasyland for rope drop at 9 am.

Could someone who has had a reservation at CRT for 8:15 am assure me (I hope) that we will still make 9 am rope drop? Is there a real difference in those 10 minutes re getting out in time? (We are a family of 5: two older children and one toddler, if that matters).

I wouldn't expect to be. We've been ther longer for sure, but I suppose you could rush and be out in time.

1) I doubt you will make the 9:00am drop.
2) The 45-minute time frame is just too short.
. . . you normally get in a few minutes late
. . . the meal takes about 40-60 minutes for service
. . . it can take 1-hr to see all the princesses
3) With the high price and ADR difficulty of the meal, take your time.

We have an 8:05 reservation this week. I do not plan to make it for rope drop, but think that by rope drop, you have already seen several princesses. I can't wait!!!

We did an 8:05 am reservation once, and easily made it for rope drop (didn't feel rushed -- well at least no more rushed than anyone else at CRT). Perhaps we are quick eaters....

That being said, I appreciate the candid responses. I think I just need to "let go" of the notion of being downstairs for rope drop, and just enjoy the experience, as you all suggest!

I'm trying to make sure that this next trip is the one where I stop to slow down a bit and enjoy the experience, and not just the rides and attractions (our first two trips we certainly did enjoy the rides and attractions, though!).

Clearly I need to work on this....
