How long to allow at Chef Mickey's Breakfast?

We've done dinner at Chef Mickey's, but never breakfast. I just made a PS for our trip, and am trying to determine what time we would be finished, so I can figure out the rest of our day! Any ideas on this? The PS is for 9:50am.

We find Chef Mickeys usually takes us about 1 hour. We make probably 2-3 trips to the buffet and the characters usually visit more than once each. We have never had much of a wait to be seated, and the buffet line moves pretty quick when there is one.

Just did breakfast at Chef Mickey's a week ago. (Loved it!) We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Left after about an hour - maybe an hour and fifteen.

Thank you both for posting about your experiences! I will allow for about an hour and half from the time we arrive until we finish. Can't wait to go!

Had a 7:20 ps. We were 5 mintues late and we were seated right away (after being photographed). We also stayed about an hour. It was fun! Worth the money.

We were there for breakfast last September, and had the latest PS available (11am?). We were there probably an hour and a half or so. It ended up being only us and one other family at the end, we had the characters all to ourselves. Of all our Disney memories (and we have a lot!), that was one of the best! Minnie really took a lot of time with our son, 18 mos at the time, and eased him into the whole "character scene". By the time that breakfast was over, all 3 of us were in love with Minnie! Note: this was not a park day for us, so we weren't in a hurry to get somewhere else!
