Guess everything is relative.... BC & BW prices thru Disney are fixed @ $95. per pt. and, now, not much different than reseller prices.

What people fail to mention is that the posted reseller prices are "point only" posts and "don't" include other fees that are incurred.

An example..a person this week bought resale, SSR, 160 pts. and paid $560. closing fee. I don't know what/if other fees were involved. I was amazed that they paid $80. MORE resale..than going thru Disney with the incentive.

So...people need to do "ALL" the homework and add "ALL" the costs when looking at any resort to see what works out best for them.

When you have time, check out E-bay, look at some of the resellers..go to the 2nd page where fees are...you'll be amazed.

Me.. Im an instant gratification kinda gal and at my age couldn't take the stress of waiting ROFR..

I bought a resale last month SSR 150 points for 80$ppt. 425$closing cost. So I still saved money. About 600$, Which will get us AP's

When you sign up to be on our e-mail list, you will receive the new listings as they come in each day with closing costs included. Nobody is trying to hide anything. If you call to inquire about one of our listed properties, my staff is very open and forthcoming about these fees. When buying a resale you have the ability to negotiate these fees, splitting the costs, or even asking the seller to pay them. Whatever the buyer and seller agree to is how the contract will be written.

Also, I think it's worth mentioning that our financing through Benchmark Bank is less than buying direct from Disney. That will save alot of money over the years.
