How long to activate profile changes?

My wife recently subscribed as a sponsor and changed her email address to her new wdwendyd@disboards.com account. Now, she can't post messages on the forum, receive PMs, nor receive emails from the forums. I suppose this is done manually, so we are curious how long she will be out of commission.

PS I can send her mail from my Yahoo account.

I had the system email her the activation codes again. She just has to click the link in it and it will activate her account again. This will be sent to the new mail account. She should be able to log into that without a problem.

She still hasn't gotten the email with the activation code.
How long should that take, or is there another problem?

It should take only a few seconds.

Have her send a message from the new account to support@wdwinfo.com and we can activate her there.

It must be from the new mail account though.
