I know this all depends on certain factors but about how long Does it take to "activate" your Annual pass??? What exactly do you have to do step by step??? All i have right now is my print out from the computer. Thanks for any information!

Once you have the Annual pass medium then you enter the Disneyland gates.

Stare at the pretty flowers in front of you and at the train for a few seconds.

Go to your right.

At the stroller rental shop the path turns left so go left there.

Continue on and under the train tracks, past a shop on your right the you will see the bank and Opera House.

There will be a Cast Member and ropes on your right.

Get in line and wait your turn.

Eventually you go through the doors and will go to a teller window.

The Cast Member will check your paperwork and then tell you to line up on a line so they can take your picture.

Smile, CLICK, and now you wait.

Less than a minute later, it seems, you have your picture on your card and are exiting out the door on the right.

You then turn left to go to restrooms or turn right to return to the main part of the park to have fun.

This is the only place this can happen. I did replace a lost card at guest relations and did not have to go to the bank as they had the picture on file.

Go to the AP center (the bank), get in line, wait, take pic, wait, get pass. About 10 minutes on a good day, Ive seen the line huge at other times. Good luck.

You might want to try getting in line for your AP in the afternoon. When we went in November there was a somewhat big line when the park first opened so we waited until later (around noon give or take an hour) and there was no wait at all. Now, this strategy apparently doesn't work on really crowded days because when my sister (PinkBudgie) and I went on Jan 1, we kept checking the line at the bank because she wanted to add parking to her pass. The line just got longer and longer as the day went on but we left in the afternoon so not sure if the line eventually died down in the evening.

Once you're up at the counter it doesn't take very long but obviously the more passes you are getting for your family, the longer it will take since they have to get everyone's picture and everything.
