I had forgotten about our cards and emailed to inquire.

Our records indicate that Member Administration forgot to request your Permanent ID Cards.
Please verify your address below..."
Did that.
"Thank you for contacting Member Services.
I have requested a new Member ID cards for you. It should arrive in 3
to 4 weeks.
Let us know if we can be of further assistance."
Not a big deal, but a heads up that I better stay on top of things.
