How long should it take us to get to DLH?

We're scheduled to land at LAX at 2:30 and are planning to take the Disneyland Express to the DLH. Does anyone have a good idea of what time we might arrive at the hotel? I'm trying to decide what time to make dinner reservations. Thanks!

Oh, thats a hard one. Are you checking your bags? I would give a minimum of 2.0 hours from the time you deplane, depending on how much time you have to wait for the shuttle (I think they run on the half hour.) It could be much more depending on traffic.

To give you an idea, we took the Disneyland Express from LAX. We did not check any bags specifically because we wanted to catch the bus asap. Our plane arrived at about 3:42pm at Terminal 5. We got to the green Ground Transportation area at just a little after 4pm. The bus got to Terminal 5 at 4:15pm roughly. We got to GCH at about 5:15pm, after all the money collection stuff at DLH. I'd guess it got to DLH at about 5pm. That was the best case scenario - our plane actually arrived early, which was awesome.

We are checking bags, unfortunately. So, if I made a reservation for 6:00, do you think we'd make it, or should I go later?
